Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing 1linkcart. We are dedicated to delivering your orders across Pakistan with transparency, security, and speed. Below are the comprehensive terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Rates & The "Free Shipping" Threshold

To give you the best value, our shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout:

  • Orders of PKR 3,000 and Above: We offer 100% Free Shipping on all orders nationwide, regardless of package weight or destination.

  • Orders Under PKR 3,000: Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total volumetric weight and dimensions of your parcel. Standard weight-based rates generally range between PKR 250 to PKR 450.

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated based on parcel weight (from Rs. 250 to Rs. 450)

2. Mandatory Order Verification Process

To protect our customers and maintain high operational efficiency, we do not dispatch unverified orders.

  • Once you place an order on our store, our dedicated customer support team will contact you via WhatsApp or Phone Call to confirm your shipping address and order details.

  • Orders will only be handed over to our courier partners after successful verbal or text verification. Unverified orders after 48 hours will be automatically canceled.

3. Shipment Processing & Delivery Timelines

We work hard to process your orders instantly from our central warehouse.

  • Processing Time: All verified orders are packed and handed over to our courier network within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays).

  • Delivery Duration:

    • Karachi: 2 to 3 working days.

    • Rest of Pakistan (Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): 3 to 5 working days.

  • Note: Deliveries to remote or rural areas may occasionally take an additional 1-2 business days.

4. Courier Partners & Cash on Delivery (COD) Safety

  • We proudly partner with Pakistan’s leading logistics networks, including Leopard Courier, to ensure your package is handled with utmost care.

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan. This means you do not need to pay anything online; you only hand over the exact cash amount to the courier rider at the moment of physical delivery.

  • Important: Per courier company regulations in Pakistan, open-box delivery (opening the flyer before paying the rider) is strictly prohibited. If you face any issues after opening your parcel, you are fully covered by our 7-Day Return Policy.

5. Shipment Tracking

As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking ID on our partner courier website to monitor your shipment's journey in real-time.

6. Address Corrections & Failed Deliveries

  • Please ensure your shipping address, city, and mobile number are 100% accurate during checkout.

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect number, closed premises, or refusal, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse in Karachi, and the customer profile may be flagged for future COD orders.
